Renaissance announced as Education Resource Awards finalist
By Renaissance UK,
Renaissance is pleased to be shortlisted in the ‘Supplier of the Year’ category at the Education Resource Awards 2019. Now in its 19th year, the awards ceremony which is organised in association with BESA, is well established in celebrating the outstanding success of suppliers and teaching professionals in the UK.
Erez Tocker, Managing Director of Renaissance International, commented: “The education sector has been subject to a period of frequent change, from the removal of levels, to an increased emphasis on outcomes and results – schools have faced unprecedented pressure. Being named as a finalist in the ‘Supplier of the Year’ category is testament to Renaissance’s commitment to providing teaching tools and assessments that enhance teaching approaches and foster a love for learning.”
Renaissance’s computer-adaptive assessments and personalised practice in reading and maths are used in almost 6000 schools across the UK. The specially developed tools and assessments have been commended for transforming learning experiences, achieving growth and making a valuable impact for every individual student.
Renaissance prides itself on the high level of support it provides its customers, in addition to regularly publishing research that bridges the gaps between theory and practice. Working with academics the research is always brought back to practical classroom applications. The specialist reports and insights not only inform classroom instruction but underpin the development of Renaissance tools which make them the independently verified, research-proven, rigorously developed programmes they are today.
The winner of the ‘Supplier of the Year’ category will be announced at the gala event held on Friday 22nd March 2019 at The National Conference Centre in Birmingham. The full list of awards finalists is available here.
