Renaissance Customer Certification is designed to guide and reward successful implementation of Accelerated Reader (AR) and Accelerated Maths (AM) at Class, School and Library level (for AR).

By following key criteria for Best Practices based on in-depth research and analysis of successful customer implementation, the following levels of Renaissance Customer Certification can be achieved:

• Model status: recognition of the application of Best Practices over a 12-week period
• Master status: recognition of the sustained application of Best Practices at, or above, recommended levelsover an 18-week period
