Model Library
Model Library annual Customer Certification is specifically designed to promote and reward the heart of any school – the Library. It identifies you as a ‘Model Librarian’ and recognises your ability to efficiently run a Library
that works in harmony with Accelerated Reader – and can be achieved in just 12 weeks.

Criteria for Certification
|
- Implement Accelerated Reader and Renaissance Best Practices
- Implement a majority of the techniques listed on the Model Library Checklist
- Ensure AR books are implemented across the
curriculum
|
- Ensure the books and quiz collections support the reading needs of teachers and pupils
- Employ other activities are used to motivate pupil reading
|
|
|
On achieving this criterion you will be awarded Master Library status and receive the following:

- Model Library certificate
- Model Library mug
- 10% discount voucher off incentives
- A4 poster for your Library
|
- A listing on the Renaissance Certification Honour Roll on our website
- A letter to your Headteacher outlining your achievement
|

Master Library
Master Library is the highest level of Renaissance Customer Certification a School Library can achieve annually. It identifies you as a ‘Master Librarian’ and recognises your ability to create an environment that supports Accelerated Reader and truly fosters reading growth. Master Library status can be attained in as little as 18 weeks.

Criteria for Certification

- Implement Accelerated Reader and Renaissance Best Practices
- Implement a majority of the techniques listed on the Model Library Checklist
- Ensure AR books are implemented across the curriculum

- Ensure the books and quiz collections support the reading needs of teachers and pupils
