What’s New in STAR Early Literacy Renaissance Place 3.4

The primary focus for the STAR Early Literacy™ Renaissance Place™ 3.4 version is to make product enhancements.

Estimated Oral Reading Fluency

Estimated Oral Reading Fluency (Est. ORF) tables were made available in 2008. Est. ORF is an estimate of a pupil’s ability to read words quickly and accurately in order to comprehend text efficiently. Customers began to see Est. ORF scores displayed in several STAR Early Literacy reports. Please note that Estimated Oral Reading Fluency is only reported on STAR Early Literacy tests taken in years 2-4.

Preferences

The Monitor Password Preference can now be managed by the classroom teacher and the administrator of the program.
