Welcome to Renaissance Learning's 'Recommend a Friend' initiative, which is designed to reward existing Accelerated Reader customers for introducing their friends and colleagues from other schools to the advantages of the program.
How does it work?
Every current Accelerated Reader customer has been sent a 'cheque book' containing 25 individual 'cheques'.
When a 'friend' has been told about, or demonstrated Accelerated Reader, their name and contact details are written on the cheque by the person recommending it. Each 'cheque' has a value to the 'referring school', with a choice of three rewards available should the recommendation be successful.
The referring school then sends the completed cheque to Renaissance Learning, who contacts the 'friend'. If their school purchases a 12 month subscription to Accelerated Reader within 12 months of the cheque being received, then the referring school receives their chosen reward.

What rewards are available?
When a current Accelerated Reader customer 'recommends a friend' to the program, they can choose to receive one of the following rewards, should the recommendation be successful:
- 50 free additional Accelerated Reader licences for one year.
- £50 towards the cost of renewing a 12 month subscription to Accelerated Reader.
- 1 free NEO 2 by AlphaSmart (if three new schools are successfully 'recommended', then the third NEO 2 requested will also include a free wireless receiver).

I can't find my cheque book!
If you are a current Accelerated Reader customer then you should have received your cheque book, but if you haven't - or have used up all your cheques, you can request another by calling 020 7184 4000.
Remember, the more friends you recommend,
the more rewards you could receive!
Terms & Conditions:
- Offer only applies to existing Renaissance Learning (RL) customer accounts. To be eligible, both the current RL customer and the new customer must remain customers for a minimum of 12 months with a paid subscription. For more information on eligibility, please contact our sales staff on 020 7184 4000.
- Only those schools that are not currently RL customers (or have been in the past or have an outstanding application) may be introduced as new customers.
- Each 'cheque' entitles the referring school to either £50 towards the cost of their Accelerated Reader (AR) renewal OR 50 free additional AR licences (for one year) OR 1 free NEO 2 by AlphaSmart. Once 3 schools have been successfully recommended (each purchasing a 12 month subscription to AR) the third NEO 2 requested will also include a free wireless receiver.
- 'Cheques' have no cash value or alternative and cannot be redeemed against any reward other than those listed in point 3.
- Each completed 'cheque' needs to be sent to RL at: 32 Harbour Exchange Square, London E14 9GE, United Kingdom or faxed to 020 7538 2625 and has a validity of 12 months from the date of receipt by RL.
- When more than one current AR customer recommends the same school, RL reserve the right to pay rewards pro rata amongst the qualifying referring schools.
- Rewards will be issued to the referring school(s) at the discretion of RL, which reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and any other conditions of the cheque programme at any time by notice posted on its website www.renlearn.co.uk/rewards.
