Chopwell Primary School have been using Accelerated Reader and Star Reading since 2017.
In April 2022, the school discovered the fantastic news that they'd received a 'Good' Ofsted inspection report. The inspector's report specifically observed the school's successful reading development strategy.
Castleford Academy, Wakefield, England
In 2009, Castleford Academy introduced Accelerated Reader (AR) and Star Reading to their secondary school. Thirteen years later, both reading support programmes are still going strong in the school. Furthermore, in March 2022, we discovered that Castleford Academy had completed over 22,406 Accelerated Reader quizzes over the last eighteen months - the most out of all AR user schools in Wakefield!
Gaelscoil an Bhradáin Feasa, Co. Meath, Ireland
Gaelscoil An Bhreadain Feasa has been using Accelerated Reader, Star Reading and myON, the Complete Literacy Solution, since 2019. In 2021, we discovered that the school had completed the most AR quizzes out of all Gaelscoil schools in Ireland.
We met with teacher Áine to discover how the Complete Literacy Solution from Renaissance has helped pupils boost their reading engagement and proficiency.

Pontygwaith Primary School, Wales
Pontygwaith Primary School introduced Accelerated Reader and Star Reading to their pupils during Spring Term 2019. The school has since gone on to also implement Star Maths and Freckle maths practice to support their numeracy development plan.
Longroyde Primary School, Calderdale, England
Longroyde Primary School have been using Accelerated Reader and Star Reading since 2012. In March 2022, we discovered that the school had carried out the most Accelerated Reader quizzes in the local authority of Calderdale, with over 17,575 quizzes completed over the last eighteen months.
Aughnacloy Regional Primary School, Aughnacloy, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland
Aughnacloy Regional Primary School has been using Accelerated Reader and Star Reading since 2011 to support the school's literacy development strategy. In 2020, the school invested in myON, the digital library from Renaissance, to ensure all pupils could access reading and maintain reading engagement throughout the multiple lockdowns.

Jeavons Wood Primary School has been using Accelerated Reader and Star Reading since 2019 to support their reading development strategy.
Finham Park 2, Coventry, England
Finham Park 2, part of the Finham Park Multi-Academy Trust, have been using Accelerated Reader and Star Reading since 2017 to support their reading development strategy across Key-Stage 3 and the transition into Key-Stage 4. In addition, in 2020, the school implemented myON the Digital Library, from Renaissance to support reading engagement for all students while learning at home. Since then the school has continued to utilise The Complete Literacy Solution to support classroom-based learning.

In St Oliver Post Primary, County Meath, Ireland, reading is an integral part of the school's core strategies. They drove their literary vision to promote positive mental health and wellbeing across the whole school community. The Literacy Coordinator & Assistant Principal, Caroline Lambden, said myON, Accelerated Reader and Star Reading are the main pillars of their literacy plan and they also bolster our wellbeing strategy.
