Renaissance Consultancy Service (RCS) is a newly introduced professional services programme to assist school leaders, ensuring that Renaissance products are being implemented to complement the objectives identified in the school’s improvement plan.
Each school is assigned a designated Programme Manager, who will guide the school’s usage of Renaissance data to inform specific actions, provide unique insights, and achieve improved results.
What the service involves:
- Initial planning call with the Programme Manager to review the service and identify goals
- A strategic plan for the academic year
- Termly update reports based on school data, summarising pertinent information and offering recommendations
- Telephone calls throughout the year to review progress
A dedicated Programme Manger works directly with the senior leadership in your school to guide the implementation of Renaissance products and develop a strategy for your school improvement plan.
The same key principles as your school improvement plan
Just like your school improvement plan, RCS focuses on achieving a development target, maintaining ongoing monitoring and evaluation, defining success criteria and determining next steps.
School data is reviewed multiple times each year to ensure that the intended goals are being achieved.
