Children’s and YA books dealing with Anxiety Disorders
By Lisa Heller
For this month’s booklist, the Content team has assembled a list of titles focusing on anxiety disorders in children and young adults.
Increasingly, children and teenagers learn about anxiety through media, friends and family or experiencing it themselves. These books aim to be a help in how to deal with anxiety as well as simply showing that one is never alone.
Schools and parents can find more resources about anxiety disorders on the NHS website.
