The Mountbatten School’s AR succsess features in QA Education magazine

With the help of Pupil Premium funding, The Mountbatten School has implemented Accelerated Reader. Its success has been published in QA Education magazine. Benefits to the school have included an increase in students’ reading ages and a greater ability to intervene where necessary.
The Mountbatten School’s success is featured in the latest edition of QA Education magazine:
The 11 students in receipt of Pupil Premium funding had an average reading age of 8 years 9 months, 1 year 5 months lower than non-pupil premium students. After using the programme the one term their reading ages increased by an average of 6.2 months.
