To all our valued customers, Accelerated Reader quiz takers and publisher partners,
In light of the current circumstances concerning the COVID-19 virus, we want to reassure everyone that Renaissance Accelerated Reader quizzes will continue to be published. Our office is currently closed and all our colleagues are working from home, but those same faces you saw in our Behind the Scenes blog are all doing their best to ensure that new quizzes are published weekly.
Sadly while none of us are in the office, we’d like to ask publishers to stop sending books until further notice. We’re looking at ways to work around this in the short term. We’ll update you just as soon as normal services resume.
To help our customers, in light of the recent announcement of school closures across the UK, Renaissance is relaxing its restrictions on pupils quizzing from home. We know lots of pupils will be doing extra reading and wanting to take their Accelerated Reader quizzes as normal. New quizzes will indeed appear regularly. We’re working away at finishing that Carnegie long list, for example.
However, with no access to our office and increasingly limited access to other resources and services, we hope you understand that it won’t be possible for us to quiz the most up-to-date titles as quickly as we would like to. Please do continue to request the titles that you would like to see quizzed. We will do our best to find a way to quiz them as quickly as the situation allows us to.
